DAY 1: DEPART UNITED STATES
Depart from home to begin an adventure of a lifetime.

DAY 2 & 3: SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA
On arrival in Sydney, meet your Tour Director and transfer to your hotel for a three night stay.  This evening enjoy a Welcome Dinner with your fellow travelers.  Sydney is Australia’s most well known city and also its
most populated.  (D) Overnight: Sydney

DAY 4: SYDNEY
Enjoy a Sydney City Tour including the Botanical Gardens, the Music Conservatory, Kings Cross, Chinatown, Paddington, the Rocks and a stop for spectacular views of the Sydney Opera House & Harbor.  Then visit & tour the
Sydney Opera House, Australia’s most iconic structure.  Later explore Sydney Wildlife World featuring a koala sanctuary and an interactive walk-through of wallabies & bird life along with other fascinating exhibits.  Tonight
enjoy a Sydney Harbor Dinner Cruise for a spectacular views of this beautiful city. (B,D) Overnight: Sydney

DAY 5: SYDNEY AT LEISURE
The day is at leisure to relax or explore this exciting city on your own. An optional tour will be offered. (B) Overnight: Sydney

DAY 6: SYDNEY – CAIRNS
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Cairns.  Upon arrival transfer to your hotel and check-in for a three night stay in this gateway to the Great Barrier Reef.  Enjoy dinner tonight with your fellow travelers. (B,D) Overnight: Cairns

DAY 7: GREAT BARRIER REEF
Today experience a Catamaran Cruise to the Great Barrier Reef. On this tropical island paradise enjoy an included lunch and a choice of a glass bottom boat cruise, an eco island walk or snorkeling.  (B,L) Overnight: Cairns

DAY 8: CAIRNS AT LEISURE
Today is at leisure to enjoy Cairns at your own pace.  Maybe take an optional excursion featuring the Kuranda Scenic Rail which opened in 1891.  The famous railway ascends to Kuranda, a village in the rainforest in refurbished vintage carriages. (B) Overnight: Cairns

DAY 9: CAIRNS – MELBOURNE
Today transfer to the Cairns airport and fly to Melbourne, a Victorian city which is often rated as the world’s most livable city.  Arrive Melbourne and transfer to your hotel for a 2-night stay.  (B,D) Overnight: Melbourne

DAY 10: MELBOURNE
Today enjoy a Melbourne City Tour featuring Fitzroy Gardens, the Shrine of Remembrance & the Parliament House.  This afternoon, enjoy Australia’s cultural capital Melbourne at leisure or enjoy an optional experience to Phillip Island, a renowned nature reserve and home to the world famous Little Penguin Parade.  At sunset, the world’s smallest penguins emerge from the sea and waddle ashore to their sand dune burrows then enjoy dinner on Phillip Island before returning to Melbourne.  (B) Overnight: Melbourne

DAY 11: MELBOURNE – QUEENSTOWN, NEW ZEALAND
Transfer to the airport for your flight to adventurous and scenic Queenstown, New Zealand.  Queenstown is situated on the shores of the South Island’s Lake Wakatipu, set against the dramatic Southern Alps. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel for a 3-night stay.  Enjoy dinner tonight with your fellow travelers.  (B,D) Overnight: Queenstown

DAY 12: QUEENSTOWN – MILFORD SOUND – QUEENSTOWN
Today travel to Milford Sound.  Remote, mysterious and uniquely New Zealand, Milford Sound is a spectacular reminder of the forces of nature.  Enjoy a Milford Sound Luncheon Cruise for breathtaking scenery and commentary on
the natural history of the Sound.  Later, return to Queenstown for the evening.  (B,L) Overnight: Queenstown

DAY 13: QUEENSTOWN AT LEISURE
Today is at leisure to enjoy Queenstown and its beautiful alpine scenery.  (B) Overnight: Queenstown

DAY 14: QUEENSTOWN – ROTORUA
Transfer to the airport today for your flight to Rotorua, situated on New Zealand’s North Island.  Upon arrival transfer to your hotel for a 2-night stay.  This evening enjoy dinner with your fellow travelers.  Rotorua is an area made famous by geothermal activity and Maori history.  (B,D) Overnight: Rotorua

DAY 15: ROTORUA
The Kiwi is New Zealand’s national icon and is an endangered species.  Today visit the National Kiwi Hatchery to gain an understanding of what the country is doing to bring the bird back from the brink of extinction and discover how 2100 chicks have been born at the hatchery.  Later enjoy a once in a lifetime New Zealand experience as you visit one of the country’s most magnificent natural wonderlands, a Thermal Reserve featuring a landscape of erupting geysers, bubbling mud pools and native bush.  Later discover more about New Zealand during your Maori Cultural Performance & Hangi Feast featuring a traditional meal & Haka entertainment.  (B,D) Overnight: Rotorua

DAY 16: ROTORUA – HOBBITON™ – AUCKLAND
Enjoy the beautiful scenery of the North Island as you travel to Auckland.  Enroute experience the real Middle-Earth with a visit to the Hobbiton™ movie set in the heart of the Waikato region.  You can step into the lush pastures of the Shire™ in the Peter Jackson directed films, The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit Trilogies. Arrive in Auckland, the “City of Sails”, for a brief panoramic city tour to see the scenic waterfront area & the Auckland Tower.  Tonight enjoy a Farewell Dinner and overnight in the Auckland Airport area.  (B,D) Overnight: Auckland

DAY 17: AUCKLAND – FLIGHT HOME
Today transfer to the Auckland Airport for your flight home.  (CB)

ACTIVITY LEVEL: The overall activity level of this tour is a LEVEL 4.  This tour is active, requiring participants to be good physical shape to fully enjoy the experiences. This itinerary has more activities which may include such things as longer walking tours over uneven ground, transfers over uneven and dusty terrain, high altitudes, or early morning departures. All conditions do not apply to all days, so please read the itinerary carefully and speak to one of our Reservations Coordinators to determine if this tour is right for you. Unfortunately, this tour is not appropriate for individuals who use wheelchairs, scooters, walkers, or similar equipment.

NO RISK DEPOSIT – NO CHANGE FEES: Deposits & TPP payments for any Bookings made for this tour are fully refundable until 180 days prior to departure.  Should your plans change inside of 180 days you can use the full value (Future Travel Credit**) of your Deposit or TPP on a different program as long as you change plans or let us know prior to the Final Payment Due Date.  Future Travel Credits are valid for 12 months from deposit date and are non-transferable.

CANCELATION FEES:
Cancellations not covered by the Travel Protection Plan (TPP) or if the TPP is not purchased, are subject to the following per person fees:
– Cancel more than 180 days prior to departure: Full Refund
– Cancel 179-90 days prior to departure: Deposit or TPP* is Retained**
– Cancel 89-60 days prior to departure: 25% of total price
– Cancel 59-30 days prior to departure: 50% of total price
– Cancel 29-15 days prior to departure: 75% of total price – Cancel 14 days or less prior to departure/no shows: No refunds

Part A – Cancellation Waiver provided by PWD
I. Trip Cancellation Waiver (TCW) – Guarantees full refund on all payments, except the Trip Cancellation Waiver Fee itself in case of cancellation up to the time and date of departure due to the passenger’s personal illness or death of an immediate family  member.  Medical/official documentation required.
II. Premier “Any Reason” Cancellation Waiver (ARCW) – Reimburses 75% of the cancellation fees in the form of a future travel credit certificate (FTCC) valid for 1 year, if you cancel more than 48 hours prior to scheduled depar- ture for any reason not eligible for cash refund under the TCW (Part A – I.).  FTCC is non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash and does not in- clude any credit for the Trip Cancellation Waiver Fee. The Trip Cancellation Waiver Fee must be paid for with Initial Deposit and is refundable until 180 days prior to departure.  The Trip Cancellation Waiver does not cover any single supplement charges due to an individual’s traveling companion canceling prior to departure.  The Trip Cancellation Waiver is non-transferable and valid for each applicant only.  The Trip Cancellation Waiver does not cover any services such as airline tickets not purchased through PWD.  Cancellations, Refunds & Inquiries under Part A will be handled by PWD.  Certain Exclusions and Restrictions apply.
Part B – Post Departure Travel Protection Plan* provided by USI includes coverage for: Trip Interruption ($1,000); Trip Delay ($100/Day-Max $500); Baggage & Personal Effects ($2,000); Baggage Delay ($500); Emergency Accident/Sickness Medical  Expense – excess coverage ($30,000); Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation ($150,000); Accidental Death & Dismember- ment ($25,000); Non-Insurance and Emergency Travel Assistance Services** (24/7).  Claims & Inquiries under Part B will be administered by USI.

RESPONSIBILITY:  Premier World Tours LLC dba Premier World Discovery (hereafter PWD), whose vouchers are used by respective agents for the passenger in all matters pertaining to hotel accommodations, sightseeing tours and transportation, hold themselves free of  responsibility for any damages occasioned from any cause whatsoever.  PWD will not be responsible for any damages or inconvenience caused by late arrivals, departures and change of schedule or other conditions nor will they be responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time the passenger is not on board their conveyance.  The passage contract in use by the airline concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and the purchaser of this tour/cruise, and/or passenger.  PWD does not hold any responsibility for the conduct of any of its members, hotel, motorcoach, cruiseline, train, airline or other personnel.  PWD reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of a tour/cruise at its discretion.  PWD &/or its Tour Director retain the right to require any participant to withdraw from a tour/cruise at any time, if determined to be in the best interests of health, safety & general welfare of the tour/cruise group or of the individual participant. Arbitration – I/We agree, any and all disputes concerning this contract or any other material concerning the trip, or the trip itself must be resolved exclusively pursuant to binding arbitration in the state of California, pursuant to the then current rules of the American Arbitration Association.  Payment of the deposit for this tour/cruise constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS/NOTES:  A valid US passport is required for this tour and is the responsibility of each passenger.  Passports should be valid for up to six (6) months beyond the travel dates.  All names must be submitted to Premier exactly as they appear on passenger passports.  Itinerary and hotels are subject to change.

AIR NOTE:  Air Schedules may not be available until Final Trip Documentation is received.  Air seats are assigned by the airline and sometimes not assigned until the day of travel. Air seat changes can only be attempted upon receipt of e-tickets and
Final Trip Documentation at which time availability may be limited.  If specific seat assignments or airline choice is extremely important to your reservation, we recommend you book land only and make your own air reservations.  Please make this adjustment to land only/own air at time of tour reservation.
